FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re sure you have many questions about the process of obtaining legal financial compensation.  In order to better help you, we’ve provided answers to many common questions that we are asked.  We hope this section helps answer any questions you may have.

Who are you / What do you do?

We are a law firm who helps people who have been injured in accidents that are no fault of their own. We work with individuals who have been in Motor Vehicle Accidents, slip and falls, Workers Compensation and any other situation where someone was hurt.

Do I need to hire an attorney?

While you are not required to hire an attorney, having someone who is trained as a lawyer will greatly increase your chances of success.  They have the experience and knowledge to know what to do and when to do it, which could change the outcome of your claim.

How long does this process take?

Each case is different and during the pandemic it’s difficult to know for sure. What we can assure you is that we will make sure everything is done as quickly as possible on our end to ensure that this process moves as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Is there a time limit on my claim?

Almost all cases have a “statute of limitations” that applies to them.  This means your right to pursue an action against someone may expire.  This is why you should contact an attorney as soon as possible to discuss your options.

How much work will I have to do on this claim?

There will be minimal effort required on your part for this type of claim.  We will need a phone call to learn about your story initially and from there, we will take care of everything for you.

Does your service really only cost money if I win?

Yes, we work on a contingency fee basis.  This means that if we do not win your claim, we do not make any money.  We are devoted to your claim and ensure our thorough attention.
